We had a great experience during our stay. The location was amazing, as it was very close to downtown. The staff were excellent and the room was neat and cosy. We were especially pleased with the amenities like the great WiFi and the full-sized fridge provided.

Great view from the room and the location was in the heart of downtown. the flexibility to cook or eat out and come and go at our convenience was a plus.
The bed was not very comfortable and the spare bed was too hard. The utensils, cutlery, and glasses provided were minimum and not sufficient for our needs.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and well-located room at Alisa Guest Suites. The staff, especially Omar, were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

the neighborhood was lively and close to many tourist spots. the room had all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. the view from the window was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

our valentines day stay in Toronto was amazing! alisa guest suites truly felt like a home away from home. the staff was friendly, the facilities were great, and we lacked nothing during our stay. definitely exceeded our expectations and we'll be back!
